Arch Staffing Group is one of the fastest growing staffing companies in the DFW area. We are a niche driven staffing company, currently with two operating divisions.

We are seeking a Director of Business Development for our Industrial Division. This position will be in charge of creating and executing a business development strategy for the entire DFW market. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of sales experience in an industrial staffing setting. We are looking for someone who enjoys the sales process and does not want to be tied to a desk.

Are you a business development guru? This position requires a true sales person, one who wants to build a book of business and eventually a team of sales people.

Do you like an entrepreneurial environment versus one of corporate red tape? Most of our leadership team has experience with "large corporate" and that's why we developed our type of environment. We are a group who believes in developing lasting relationships through a service first culture. We are agile, open to ideas and believe in an environment that encourages latitude without barriers. 

How about a heavy dose of micromanagement and endless paperwork? You will never find this here. We believe the most productive sales people are involved in the sales process 90-95% of the time. Read the last answer - we want you to succeed and thrive, not become a number cruncher.

Do you find yourself maxed-out with regards to income potential? This position has no barriers. We begin with a competitive base salary and follow with a generous profit sharing bonus structure. You will not find a better compensation program anywhere in the staffing industry. Estmated compensation: first year $120-140, second year $160-200 ... with unlimited upside.
